RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
We have a 10-day period from the date of delivery for customers to contact us regarding any issues with their order.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused
- In their original, sealed packaging
- In the same condition as received
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items.
IMPORTANT – NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Our products are liquid-based and cannot be re-sealed or resold once opened.
For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Opened products
- Used products
- Unsealed items

DAMAGES, DEFECTS, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Customers are required to inspect their order upon delivery.
If an item is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Proof of purchase
- Clear images of the issue
Once assessed, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include:
- A replacement product
- A refund
- Or an alternative resolution at our discretion
All resolutions are handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
RETURNS PROCESS

Please note:
- Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted
- Return shipping may be required unless the item is confirmed to be defective or incorrect
EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges.
Where applicable, a replacement or refund may be offered once the issue has been reviewed and approved.
REFUNDS
